01Does the magnet actually hold through gloves?
Yes. The sleeve is rated to hold standard framing and finish nails at full strength through work gloves. Set the nail, let go, swing. No pre-tap required.
02Will the rubber grip crack or peel over time?
The overmold is bonded into the fiberglass core during molding, not glued on after. It's built to flex with repeated impact instead of separating from the handle.
03Is this a full-size hammer or a lightweight gadget?
Full-weight, forged-steel head with standard swing balance. The magnetic sleeve and pry hook are built into the head geometry, not bolted on as an accessory.
04Can it pull larger framing nails, or just small brads?
The claw geometry is rated for framing-size nails as well as finish work. It's the same head used for driving, so pull strength matches drive strength.
